Child abuse was ranked 7th on the 2015 Needs Assessment.  The counties have identified the following needs to help solve this problem:

·         Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Programs

·         More Training Available on How to Detect Signs of Abuse and Make a Report

·         Expedite Process for the Investigation of Child Abuse Cases

·         More funding to expand Family Justice Centers that provide domestic violence intervention               services for children and families
